These Terms of Service apply to your use of refrigerationspecialists.us and purchases from REFRIGERATIONSPECIALISTS. Please review these terms and our store policies before placing an order.

1. Using Our Website

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that business.

You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, shipping and purchase eligibility information.

2. Product Selection and Compatibility

Confirm the exact refrigerant designation required by your equipment before ordering. Similar names, cylinder colors or product photographs do not establish compatibility.

Product information does not replace equipment manufacturer instructions, the actual supplied-cylinder label, the current safety data sheet or advice from a qualified service professional.

Do not assume a product is suitable as a replacement or retrofit refrigerant unless that use has been approved for your equipment.

3. Purchase Requirements and Safe Handling

Some products may require certification, employment, resale or other eligibility documentation. We may request applicable documentation before fulfillment.

Purchasers and service personnel must comply with applicable rules governing purchase, transportation, storage, handling, recovery and use. An order confirmation does not replace required verification or authorization.

4. Product Images and Descriptions

Images are provided to assist product selection. Packaging, labels and cylinder appearance may vary. Any variation must not materially change the product ordered without your agreement.

Contact us before purchasing if you need confirmation of cylinder fill, manufacturer, connection type or other product-specific details.

5. Pack Sizes and Quantities

The selected product option identifies the contents of one unit or pack. The quantity entered at checkout is the number of complete selected units or packs.

Review the product designation, selected option, quantity and total price before submitting your order.

6. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the storefront. Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other disclosed fees are shown during checkout.

Promotional conditions, where applicable, are stated with the offer. Changes to future prices do not alter an order already accepted.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Do not send full payment-card details by email.

7. Order Review and Availability

Orders may require payment, address, stock and purchase-document verification. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order and does not by itself confirm completion of those checks.

If an item is unavailable or an order contains a material pricing or description error, we will contact you about the available options. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an agreed price without your consent.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will issue the applicable refund.

If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will provide the delay, cancellation and refund options required by applicable law.
