1. Delivery Availability

Delivery availability depends on the selected product, destination and applicable carrier requirements. Available shipping options and charges are displayed during checkout.

If checkout does not offer a shipping option for your address, contact us before placing an order. Do not assume that all products can be shipped to every destination.

2. Order Processing

Before dispatch, orders may require payment confirmation, address verification, stock confirmation and applicable purchaser documentation.

Provide an accurate delivery address, telephone number and email address. If additional information is required, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.

3. Shipping and Delivery Estimates

Any published processing or delivery estimates are provided with the applicable offer or shipping option. Transit time begins after dispatch and is separate from order processing.

Do not arrange a return shipment of refrigerant cylinders without authorization and appropriate shipping instructions.

7. Order Tracking

When shipment tracking is available, the tracking information will be provided through your shipping confirmation or secure order-status page.

Tracking may not update immediately after a shipping label is created. A label alone does not confirm that the carrier has received the shipment.

8. Delivery Inspection

Inspect the packaging and visible condition of your order upon arrival. Where practical, record visible damage with the carrier and take photographs of the packaging, shipping label and affected products.

Contact us promptly about damaged, incorrect or missing items. Do not use, open or attempt to repair a damaged or leaking cylinder. Follow the carrier’s and supplier’s safety instructions.

9. Incorrect Addresses and Delivery Problems

Contact us immediately if your delivery address needs correction. We will confirm whether a change is still possible.

If a shipment is marked delivered but cannot be located, check the delivery location and contact us for assistance. We will review the available carrier information and explain the next steps.

Any redelivery or return charges will be reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable law.
